Got knocked off my bike on august 2nd been off work since then wit a mashed knee, got an offer of the other party today £1350 +300 for more physiotherapy does any1else think thats taking the michael!!! 1 that doesnt cover 4months loss of earnings and still not working 2 doesnt even cover all my damaged bike gear 3 what about all the hospital appointments ave had to go to and continuing to go to 4 300quid wud never pay for the physio that i need 5 my dad got £2500 for whip lash and dint take a day of work!! wtf is going on in the world!! 6 i ave no money for crimbo! 7 do i really need to carry on? haha

take it from me, this shit takes along time got wiped out on the motorway in January, the guy accepted liability at the side of the road and has never contested it. still here today, waiting loss of earnings, damage to equipment, personal injury settlement. piss take, i'm still recovering from the financial shit it give me from January
yup i know it takes ages n he cant argue who was at fault cuz he got arrested and charged with due care! and the police ave like a million witnesses to bak me up cuz unfortunately for him loads of people saw it! so im guessing if it went to court they will wipe the floor with him.
