pauls right jazz in ambient light a tripod would make a world of difference on a 10 sec exposure ....did you just the flash ? direct or bounce it . seen loads of "hot cars" in mags with shots taken down there in that blue light there use to be some graffiti on the wall , it looked mega in the pics too
No flash at all, like I said it was a 10 second exposure on a tripod! The ones against a wall were on exposures between 2 seconds and 5 seconds.. It was pitch black down there so all the light is from having the shutter open. To be honest, I wasn't too impressed with the blue ambient lighting, much preferred the single white spotlight at the wall.
you did a top job what DSLR ya got ? some of the shots paul did last year up in liverpool were great too any fuker can press the shutter button , buts its having that "eye" for the shot and knowing how the light works in the frame yours were good kev told me he had a huge tug when he saw what you had posted
I've got a Canon EOS 500D, but its so old and I can't be arsed with it any more. These ones were done on my new Samsung NX1000 compact system camera, boss little thing!
some of these new compacts are superb and better that the first generation DSLRs looking forward to some nice pics then this summer from you and lister
Its a proper beast of a camera, interchangeable lenses and all the settings of a DSLR. I think its 20 megapixel which is double what my Canon has. I've only got a 16mm pancake lens and a 20-50mm zoom lens so I'm gonna have to invest in a 100mm+ lens soon..
Cool piks I'd like someone to take piks of me on one wheel but knowing someone is watching me I'd probaly flip it haha
