Not uncommon TBH. While traveling across Exmoor a few years ago with the Mrs on the back (ZX9r), the centigenarian in front of us decided to stop for a couple of pheasants that weren't even on the fookin road. Due to being early autumn plenty of young birds were about and I was on the look out for the stupid dim flappers. Even so I was not expecting this old git in his Micra to slam on. I did manage to avoid him with a superbly controlled stoppie. When the Mrs had climbed down off my shoulders, all she wanted to do was rid the world of another Micra driver. Luckily she needed a fag first to calm down and the dear old boy escaped at break neck speed, (we caught him up 10 mins later).
not common indeed….riding through the Forest of dean few years back, i saw a badger cross the road ,i observed it before the driver in front of me did too…had i not been alert that day i would more than likely have been taken out ,due to the way the female driver just slammed on and veered right across the road …. The drivers prisión sentence is only at weekends according to that story, thats a piss take in itself too
Not sure I agree with you there Dave. If she is employed, I can't see the benefit to society of making her unemployed. It's bad enough having to feed her in prison, without having to feed and house her afterwards. I am all for open prison for people to go to work if they are not a hazard to society which she won't be on the bus.
yep i half agree ..but it just doest send out the right message ..to me it was soft justice ..she killed two people and gets a 40 weekends in prison !
