Please join us for our charity ride out. Sunday 21st September 2014. Setting off at 11am from Rivington Barn Horwich & riding to Devil's Bridge Kirby Lonsdale then back to Rivington Barn. We're asking all riders/pillion passengers to make a donation of £6 to Victim Support in order to take part. Victim Support is a National Charity with local branches throughout the UK. Our team of volunteers caseworkers give up their spare time to offer support to victims & witnesses of crime. All proceeds from the ride out will go towards helping us support victims of domestic abuse in Greater Manchester. Hi Guys, I need your help please? I'm trying to come up with a biker friendly route/map for the ride out but as I don't ride myself I'm struggling a bit. Would any of you who have perhaps done the run previously have a route plan they could let me have? it doesnt matter how basic I just need something to get me started. Also, does anybody know a suitable stop off point about half way so we can have a brew break? I know there is a hot snack van at the Bridge where we can grab lunch before setting off back to Rivvie. There are also vanacies for front & back rider if any of you are interested? Obviously you would need to know the route pretty well to do this.
