Been working hard on the bike the past couple of months and i'm now in a good place, after stripping it down to an engine sitting on a pallet while the frame went off to be repaired, she has been put back together with all the new parts and fired up and running, the list so far is :-

    Frame repaired.
    New swingarm.
    Generator cover.
    Gear lever linkage.
    Left clip-on.
    Front cowl.
    Left mid fairing.
    Left mirror / indicator unit.
Renthal chain and front & rear sprocket.
    Front fork protectors.
    Engine sliders.
    Swingarm crash bobbins.
    No drill frame sliders.
And the bodywork has just been sent away for a full respray.

While it was in bits i treated everything including all the electrical connectors to a good coat of ACF50, and fitted some new headstock bearings.
    Here's a few pics...........

I'd love to say but ........ lets just say that this level of getting hands on and what i've learnt is priceless :paperbag: plus it was good fun..

Joe. My brother is a bodyworker and he put me onto a mate of his who's sprayer and he quoted a better price than the trade price i got quoted from Dream-Machine..........nearly fell off the damn chair.....

Looks nice mate. I have got a da to buff it all up if you want to lend it mate but I would not go mad on the new paint as it will still be soft.
