hey respect to you phil for sorting a little trip wish there was more like you on here , sue was hugely involved in sorting rides and trips last year ,,so you can be the new sue Im at the TT till the Monday and depends what work there is when im home , i will defo note it though and watch the thread....se if you can beat the amount of posts we had last year for the scotland trip ..that was around 100 pages before we went lol !!

Thinking of a couple of routes already for this trip. One in particular would be: Hotel to Keswick, over to Ambleside, up the struggle to The Kirkstone Inn. Down the back of Kirkstone into Windermere, down into Bowness and cross the ferry toFar Sawrey. Over Tarn Hows down into Coniston. Ride back to little Langdale and up and over rhinos and Hardknott. Ok, been doing a little homework on the area of the proposed stay. Through very good local knowledge from my friend who lives not to far away from the hotel, he has said that Gosforth is only a couple of miles away and has some nice pubs all in close proximity. This could be the last night trip before riding back after eviction on the Friday. Phil (Wide Load)

Fucking lol, there you go. That's why I said country pubs and sure enough you pipe up with nightclubs ....... too easy with you as well. Be lucky to find one round there, nightclubs/drinking into the small hours and bikes don't mix well.
maybeeeeeeee you could get talkin to the local girls... invite them back to the hotel for a friendly drink... and i'll take over from there
