Don't really want spend hundreds on getting them sprayed can you get the same colour to brush on .Has anyone brushed them before .
will look shit brushed on ..all the lines will show !! theres a couple of sprayer on here that might help out...failing that aerosol cans will give a much better finish than a brush !
paint looks ok on wood ..its different texture on plastic though..i saw a guy on a trackday all decked out in A stars gear , Arai lid etc etc ..i thought bet hes got a smart fireblade...he just had an R6 painted by hand ,,looked like a rat bike !! terrible......even aload of stickers and graphics would look better than brush strokes...just my opinion though
I agree with the Winkmaster, its a totally different ball game when you come to paint plastic with a brush. If you look on ebay or even in some of the model shop's they can usually get the cans of spray paint in the correct colour! P.s Tamiya do the 150ml cans of the Kawasaki Green.
Rattle can it yourself. With a little care and time you can get a pretty good result. Spray painting is 99% prep and patience is all.
Try getting some holts mini mix spray paint I use it at work for little jobs does just as good a job as a proper spray gun. It's also mixed on site so all you need is a paint code and they will match it for you
