Buying my shiny new vinyl cutter tomorrow 8)


Went for the 830mm (32") cutter (HUGEE) :lol:

For those who dont get what it is...
Its like a printer for your PC that cuts professional vinyl into signage for vehicles, windows, shop signs, banners, t-shirt printing, baseball caps, sandblasting etc..
Its whats used in the big signage shops.
I buying this to start my own business venture doing signs and graphics for people, mainly bike and car gfx and clothing.
Was going to wait but ive been waiting months so i decided to just go with it.
Cant wait to get it up and running.

Well just ordered 10meters of vinyl to get me going lol.
2 meters yellow vinyl
2 meters charcoal vinyl
2 meters red vinyl
4 meters black.

ohhhhh they are fun thing them! we had one in school haha and yes did abuse if with my own logo's lol u will have to post some designs up chuck!

 

well i can do more or less anything.
If your bike is looking blank let me know and ill try and photoshop some ideas.

ohhhhhhhhh what was the first thing ya did on it?

 

do a test cut by pressing the test button haha.
A square with a diamond in it was printed/cut.
THen i fiddled with the settings for an hour.
THink its sorted and aligned ok now.

how much would this cost to do m8?

 

i need to set the cutter up for small graphics (if its possible) and yeah i shoul dbe able to do them.
Will do a set of 5 (4 + 1 spare) for about £7 (also need to check delivery price etc...)
Will let you know a proper price when i get the vinyl and set the cutter.
