Already Sussed out a good venue. The landlady is biker friendly, and her partner Stuart rides an R1. ( he has been out with Martin and I over north Yorks)

The Plough on Runshaw Lane near Euxton. Decent roads nearby, good pub grub, no neighbours to whinge about noise. And Tuesday is quiz night ( starting at 9:30) for the intellectuals.
