if they aren't even showing as waiting customs clearance you've got at least another week until they clear.

 

wont know till tuesday they cleared chinese customs in an hour according to ems now parcel force have them, thought i may gfet away with import tax and vat :lol:

 

hard to get away with big boxes nowadays.

 

Well re upholstered the seat with real leather this time and got rid of crack in exhaust

£62.38 customs charge
So about £40. Not bad atall

How can you know how much the customs charge is?

This is given to you once the item is ready for collection or when delivered to you...

 

I know parcel force kept saying customs hasn't cleared it but your charge is 62 so I phoned customs who said it was cleared with charged on the 29/5

Customs recon it's not been scanned by pf

 

I've always had the experience of items not being released until customs is paid

 

That's the thing parcel force pay the customs charge put admin fee on and bill you

 

So are you getting the fairings youve waited over 2 months for or not?

 

If they don't find them this week then looks like the China man has to send a new set or my money back as it's him that has to claim the insurance cover

We just got a notice from post office. The item have returned back to us .
We will complaint our customs and explain the reason , but please you also complaint your customs.
Because this is not our mistake.

Parcelforce keep saying customs has not released and they keep for 20 days before sending back only issue I see is my address label has come off and only returners address was on
