Idea when the summer does land at out bike boots I'd like to have a ride down to ace cafe one day I've never been Who's up for a day out A date to be planned in summer
That's a long day that ant ,,,,,best do a long winding ride down there , stop over have a bevvy then head back through the twisties ... It's a place that should be on your wish list to visit , but it's not on par with devils bridge for bikes , the cafe itself is " ok " though
I used to go there on a Friday night when I lived down sarf... Did an awesome greasy cheeseburger. Was lots of stunting at one point but the police stopped it all
I would check the web site they have theme nights weekend etc and plan your trip around that Normal days it's just a cafe like any other Long way to go for a burger lol
I'm crap at finding places I'd plan a route from around here to their visiting other places along the way but I'd end up in Cornwall or something need someone to plan a route that's not all motorways )
Can be done using a roads mainly but add 3 more hours to your journey to take b roads also Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
When I went there were 5 of us that went to 2 diff meeting places b4 we got to ace. Ended up like 20 of us. U could look at meeting up with a few ppl by googling other forums and using facebook bike groups to help. Could end up as a huge mass ride to ace
Lets sort this and make it a overnight in a travel lodge ....something i really want to do ..how about june ??
Chievely services near Newbury might be a decent overnight stop, some decent roads round there and it's close but not too close to London. Might head down depending on dates but I'd carry on to Kent to see my brother after the ace caff.
