Good effort, I think I've done about 500 miles total this year.

Good to see the weather was on your side. Beautiful scenery up there.

 

The weather was, but for a bit breezy, perfect. Was neither chilly in the morning, nor sticky at the top of the day. Mind I think we move toward cooler clim's as the day warmed and back as it cooled

 

And not forgetting the haggis & cheese ciabatta!

 

It was a Pannini mate.


No, won't forget that mate and plan to return to it.
I won't forget the green thing either that caused me to find said meal.

Yes, in one day. Set out at 6am. Met Olly at 0730. Breakfast at the "Manor café" around 9am. Brew at Kielder Water visitors centre just after noon. Lunch around 14:00. Home for tea time.
