Yes push all pistons in then put the grips of the tool into the pistons and twist and pull, or you can pump them out with the lever a bit first it's a doddle to extract pistons, saves all that using compressed air nonsense or fucking the edges up using pipe wrenches and the like. Ideal to use to rotate the pistons in-situ just for cleaning purposes , with toothbrush or bog roll or whatever..
A big thanks for all the replies chaps. I did this little job today and everything is working as it should be, I was that impressed with the simplicity of cleaning the pistons I even did the front ones and also bled the brakes, for someone who uses garages for all but the simplest of tasks I was very pleased with myself. I really must start doing more of this stuff myself, it's quite rewarding. Thanks again peeps. :thumbsup:
