up at 3 am,setting off at 4 for a long weekend at the belgium track to watch this...... spa about 20 of us,should be there tent up at 5pm tomz nite :thumbsup:

well.....set off at 4am yesterday morning,got to stubbington to meet up with some mates and breaky.bike ran great but upon pulling into the grease and spoon felt a thumping type vibe through the pegs and bars.gave the bike the once over and onto the next stop to pick some more mates up... arrived at the euro tunnel at 11.15,bike was feeling worse,as i tried turning it over clocks went blank and bike wouldnt start...GREAT,as we were waiting for are train i turned the bike over,fired up and it went balls up,a serious metal banging coming from the top of the engine..... :censored: decided there and then my trip was over,got pissed around with my green flag breakdown as my european cover does not cover the UK....apparently we aint in europe!!!!!!! :S :S so after aload of messing around i got the AA to recover the bike back home,i got home myself at 12pm today.the wife drove down and picked me up in the car,700 mile round trip for her.we stopped off in brum for afew hours kip at a mates. just had a call from the AA and they have just picked the bike up,so its a guess as to when i will get it back as they dont do single journey,s anymore.they will stop off 2-3 times and pass it on too someone else. im about to start drinking afew beers to drown my sorrows.will know more when i get the bike to my mates and we will go from there....AND MY SO CALLED MATES DID NOT EVEN WAVE BACK TO ME AS THEY RODE OFF FOR THE TRAIN.
