Saturday looks like its going to be the best day of the week - overcast with a slight chance of rain.

I'm thinking I want to get out somewhere.

I'm voting for Rivvy as a meeting point, but will pretty much meet/go anywhere. Quite fancy the Settle to Hawes run - heard good things about it.

 

yeah i reckon we're finally free for a weekend this week. Rivvy then settle sounds tiptop....not too early though...i'm not getting up at 9 o'clock in the middle of the night

although i cant make the ride...rivi to hawes and back through to devils is a top ride...lots of nice twisty roads,and great scenary if your into that

I've not done it before, so I don't know the route. I've heard the settle to hawes run is a good one though, so I figured we'd head to rivvy - rivvy to settle and then onto hawes. Maybe travel back a different way - call in at Devils Bridge.

If you live near me then we can meet at a petrol station and head up to rivvy to meet the others (if there are others )

no probs ill see you their , iv just looked up that hawes is that the one near kendal if so it near devils bridge wich is another spot or you could travel east on to squires cafe if you never been before then home over woodhead

If u want once at Devils bridge can come back through lancaster, pit stop at glasson dock, then knott end, ending up M55 roundabout J3
People getting home can go M55 / M6 or A roads through Preston


I will no way find Rivi, been there 3 times, got lost 3 times.
Will have to meet someone outside of Rivi on the way in...
Will know early evening if i can make it or not
