Setting off from the Tickled Trout 9.30am on the dot!

Ride to Junction 35 M6 Carnforth.

A590 to Ulverston

Climb out of Ulverston towards Grizebeck and Broughton.

A595 to Workington

A66 to Keswick (Pub lunch)

A591 to Bowness, Crook Road to Kendal

A65 to Devils, down to Caton and over Quernmore back to the A6.

Stop before Preston
