ive just got myself an rr8 blade and im looking for an exhaust for it i dont have a big budget just want something that looks and sounds good anybody any suggestions? what do you have on yours?
i had an Arrow on mine . what ever you get make show you get the small plastic fairing bit to go with it . i was undecided to go for the Arrow or Yoshimura. arrow one but only cos the yoshi was in the USA and the shipping price was stupid. at the time Honda world superbikes at Arrows on 1 thought i wouldnt go wrong .....and i didnt sounded ace looked the biz ! you have the best blade going mate the RR8 is the mutts nuts
you need the small fairing infill too though . this joins onto the original fairing and covers up that hole .
had to have it imported from USA sue the can was £450 then shipping and duty etc came to about £550. the Arrow Titanium was £350.. so it wasnt worth an extra £200
I put an akro on mine but PipeWerx do a good value range. http://www.pipewerx.com/pipewerx_bikes/pipewerx/image-galleries/honda/honda-cbr-1000-fireblade-08 and if i remember right when i was talking to the pipe werx fella at the bike show, he said they do a GP style can for the R6 that you can put on the blade with the blade link pipe, its monster loud but not stamped ' not for road use'
The akro and the yoshi look really nice but probably a bit out of my price range think I'm going to have to sell some Stuff to afford either. I have read about people having a drop in low down power after fitting slip ons did either of you to notice any drop in power?
nah you wont notice the power drop because you have too much to start with ....if you can use ALL of the power of that blade your in a very elite class ..
I doubt I'd be able to use half the power! To be honest all I really want is a exhaust that looks good and sounds good

Top exhaust the leo vince mate, have a look at the GP2 as well. And don't forget the carbon infill panel. Sent from my GT-S5830 using Tapatalk 2
