I was there about 13.40 but didn't see anyone I recognised............ So came back and went to Liverpool
Was there between 11.45 and 1.30 - got a little busy as the afternoon came - nice weather ! Had a tootle over Anglezarke and Darwen on the way home - nice bimble !
I think Squires is better, largely because it's bigger and the gaff is centred on bikes (rather than hill walking and weddings) - but having been to Box Hill, Southport Carousel (depressing!), Glasson and Knot End and other meet up points the Barn is a pretty good and long standing weekend meet - good for a day when you can't or don't want a long run and fancy a brew and a natter - we should be thankful it's still going as there's f*ck all else on that size nearby ... Ah but theres always loads of talent to view at the carousel wich is so much better than looking at blokes at the barn
:laugh: lol - pensioners & chavs on quads and scousers last time I was there , plus of course throngs of middle aged bald men on bikes !!!!
Where else is there the right side of Warrington apart from rivi that gets a lot of people.. Hollingsworth lake seems to have died completely as a meet up point this year
