Just be careful with 125's as they have a low value and its very easy to spend more fixing them, than they are actually worth.
Yea just watch the costs as they add up quick. Best bet is a bike that is mechanically sound and just needs some work on the cosmetics. Should save you some money that way.
my brother bought an rs125 couple of months ago stripped the fairings off it and then sourced an engine which we've had running but not been dropped in yet. he hasnt touched it for weeks so i think he might be losing interest! i will have a word when i see him but i reckon £700 would own it
usually best to do this !!! good luck with what ever you do get the CBT done you can use their bikes for that
Check out copart.co.uk its an auction site for cars and bikes, plenty of bikes on there go for pennies
Following in his dads footsteps haha, already talking about "fixing" bikes, I don't think Benny was ever happier than when he had bike parts hanging off him and covered in oil haha
A 125's not a bad start as a project, fix it, use it and when you pass your test squeeze a bigger engine in and abuse it.
