I have a gold titanium oval exhaust 2 years old, I think it needs re-packing it has suddenly gone louder than normal (not that I am Complaining on a v-twin) just worried it could cause damage/problems? I have checked for blow back, baffle is good also, Is it something I could repair myself (with some help?) or should I buy a new exhaust?

are their rivets at the end of the exhaust that could be drilled out? if there is then this will allow you to remove the end to get into the exhaust

relatively simple job to do yourself if there is wadding in the exhaust
