You can get done for any offence from any time so long as A you have not already been convicted of said offence and B if there is evidence.

It's not just daft/dangerous it's beneath contempt. And really they don't deserve prosecuting (regardless of how old it is) ..... They need taking aside and given a bloody good slap. Shit regard for anyone else, and for what?
