Thinking of taking a trip up to Ponderosa and the horseshoe pass area tomorrow, but struggling to find out if its still covered in snow, does anyone know?
To be fair i probably will, but it's hardly fool proof, if they dont answer they're either busy, or still coated in 6 foot of snow. I thought there was a camera link similar to the cat and fiddle, but i must have been mistaken.
Their website says it's open the pass that is. I usually wait till later in the month to go up there tbh.
kin ell Pete!!! you get some time off mate !!! are you taking your young lady ? if so ,can you write us another Mills and Boon chapter…? I loved the irish one ….oh and tell her bikers in Wales DO NOD !!!
Yeah i read that on the site earlier, but that could mean anything, as its often open under 2 foot of snow haha! I'll leave it and just go on a chippy run elsewhere.
Thankfully all my holidays are being used up before the end of march, so no more 65 hour weeks for a while  Yeah shes going to come out for a bimble too, forecast for tomorrow isnt too bad. No more book writing for a while, i don't fancy becoming Jim27Junior
Place was fine and snow free last Friday. Roads were in ok-reasonable nic for the time of year. Can't see much change from here (Chester) since. Weather today was warm enough to rid of any light dustings we've had over last couple of days. Unless anyone else has been since.
"Hole" denotes an area hollowed out in a solid. The Ponderosa is on top of a hill, more akin to "a nipple on a breast" of a young pert reclining woman. I am starting to get insight into the motive as to the contents of your patio.
