Well its out of the bag by now so best I let you all know ive torn ligaments and muscles in my lower back today after a rather long moto x excursion at shell island, I saved the bike somewhat but not before I collected the tyre wall!! Anyway im home from hospital very sore and struggling to walk but im gonna be ok. Yea it could have ended quite badly. As for the trip you can always sort it next year and youll only lose the deposits you've paid! Let me know if I can help with anything mate, I know what its like to have your pride and joy pummel towards the ground.

Sorry about your little excursion, god loves a trier, glad your reasonably unscathed. do what the medics and physios says and you wont miss much of the summer. ironic you fall on one of the slower bits when we had 8 offs at the sisters and all walked away unscathed with little machine damage. GWS. and keep your chin up.
