Yeah, very good site, I joined up when Chris mentioned it. Bit of discount as well. I've been reading the advice bits, some good tips and stuff.

I'll definately be there between 10:15-10:30, with a bright yellow t-shirt on lol will probably be milling around druids/lodge/cascades and wherevers accessable with the camera etc... Need to drop my bag off at the garage (if you can get one) Can someone pm me there number so i can give them a call and find out where they are?

 

Not going to make this one. Said I'd decide based on the forecast. Should be fine, but showers forecast for Chester through the day, so maybe not ideal. The Wales run was enough for this week anyway! Need to make my already shagged rear tyre last a couple more weeks.

Well i dont know about you guys but i had a lovely time there ........ even though i paniced a bit when i thought i saw my ex on track, but it seems that there's more than one person with the same bike, same leathers & same lid in this world !! :roll:

Nice meeting whoever i did plus seeing Kev, Joe & Neil again, told you i'm terrible at remembering names on 1st meetings.
Hope those on track kept it shiny side up & on the black stuff for the rest of the day & those visiting got home ok :wheelie:

It was bl00dy hot by the time i got home, i was glad to peel my leathers off !!

 

Got up this morning, achin like the old bastid that i am and set off at 06:00......................................

To the chemist at Tesco for some Iburofen and paracetamol.

Had 2 Tramadol at home and set off to the petrol station for fuel for the bike then off down the road.

Arrive at 06:50n and the gates are already open, find some spaces in garage 14 and hobble about getting set up. manage to squeeze my poorly body into my leathers abd go for the briefing etc,

1st session and I feel happy on the bike if not a tad sore, bimble round and come in at the end, sorted, A happy Korean Baz, This track day malarkey is great fun. One guy even came off half way around his 1st sighting lap..........??? How the f**k has he done that I thought, You should have heard his feeble excuses.

2 Ibuprofen and 2 paracetamol and i'm ready for the 2 nd session. Much better now that the pain as been subdued. and have a good session, even manage to pass the odd bike or two.

3rd session and I'm feeling at one if still a bit stiff but to be expected.
sharing a garage with Roxy crashing crew and Aaron, so some good banter.

4 session before dinner and knees are scraping all over the track so this is when I know that one is at one.

Lunchtime and some banter with the NWB lot and pinch a donut and get to see the ginger pussy.

5th session and more tablets at 2 pm and I''m back out having a giggle to myself in my helmet, unlike a certain member who thought that it would be a good idea to throw up in his. No names from me...............

6th session and have a complete hoot, even pass a few more in this session so feeling much better, Make this my last session because i am deffo feeling the pain from Rockingham.

Anyway a great day and met several members of the NWB and TDR that i haven't before including the guy who tried to have the forum closed down for liable.
