Dayo and myself will be at Oulton on the 29.06.2011. We will both be running in the fast group, so if you come down look out for a green ZX6R and a black ZX6R. Come down if you can the kettle will be on.
You will struggle fat boy as you will be in inters. If you get moved up, which you will. Bring it on. Gety leathers back next week cannot wait.
I'm going mate, wanna get in the fast group but it's full, going in the inters then try for an up class so I can show this pair what the rear end of a blade looks like lol Having said that if it's wet I won't even get out of bed
Ant, Myself and Dayo are in the fast group, like Daz said at the moment the fast group is fully loaded. I had a look yesterday and there is still novice and inters spaces avaliable. Are you thinking of jumping on this mate, like Daz said you could possibly move up a group when there if needed. Speak soon,Sean

Oh well I thought you were going to book it, weekend trackdays are ok but they do tend to fill up with nutters for some reason. Let us know when you are goign to be on track next as Dayo, Chris and Me will more than likely be there anyway. Speak soon
All sorted now, ready for tomorrows fun at Oulton. For the ones that are coming down we will be in garage 6. If it changes I will let you know.
Well today started with the usual packed car and headed for Oulton at 5:45am. The briefing today for the advanced group was mega as they basically said what they needed to say (flags, have a good day etc) and then that was it. They held the other groups back and basically said if you are in the advanced group you know what you are doing. A refreshing change to the most mind numbing part of the day. So Dayo and myself sorted the tyres out and they it was time for the first session, my word today there was some fast lads out there for sure, all good mind. Dayo and I had a few tussles throughout the day which was mega fun, to add to the morning we only encountered one red flag which was great. Two lads had a bit of a coming together on Hizzy's, I believe that one lad highsided and the other ran into his bike. They both seemed ok (stood up anyway). So the morning was going to plan which was great as the weather god's had done us a favour and made sure that the big light in the sky stayed on all day. I did manage to scare myself a few times in the morning once passing a lad at Druids (around the outside) but it ended up being a bit close as I had to lean on him to make sure I got around the corner. If you are on here sorry pal, I did try and find you in the paddock but I could not see you anywere, so that was number one. Number two I kept on saying to myself that I can get round Lakeside quicker. So I upped the pace a little too much and nearly ended up on the grass. By the time the last session in the morning had came round (about mid way through) I kept on thinking that my rear tyre was letting go on the right handers especially. It then started to do it on the left handers but I just thought that I was being a mard arse. Dayo came past after Cascades with his thumb in the air , I was thinking what the hell is that for. So I chased him came out of Hizzys (had a moment) out of the right hander after (had a moment) went around Druids (had a moment). By this time I was thinking f**k this I am coming in, stopped the bike to find that the rear was completley dead. Dayo did one more lap and came in, the first thing he said was "Your back end was sliding all over the place" hence the thumbs up (approval). By this time dinner time was upon us so the rear was swapped for a SC0 Supercorsa, oh my god I cannot believe how much grip this tyre has. Even on lean you can open the throttle and all you get is a slight slide and off you go. I felt a lot more comfortable and confident in the afternoon and I think that I rode abit quicker than the morning. There were some fast guys out there today, but all in all everyone's passes were spot on and I learned a few things from the faster riders. One lad today stood out a mile above everyone else (he was riding the Primo bike), I went to see them in there garage to pass on my regards to how well he was riding. The lad was no older than 16/17 and a real gent along with his team mates and Dad. I had a good chat with them all and I would like to wish the young lad "Elliott" all the best for the future. Surely it will not be long until he is a name that we are all talking about in the future. It wss nice that a few of you made a trip over to see us today Digger, Wonda, Dave and Alex. Dayo I owe you two lad
nice one sean... what happened to the tyre then m8, did you just wear it out or what>? & dayo btw, meant to say i'll give you a bell over that thing, sort summat out convenient like.
The tyre just wore out mate, but the SC0 is something else. You can get some real severe lean angles mate and they just grip. Kept on getting the toe sliders down again as I knew that I could go further than the knee on most corners.
