Feelers out at this point, so I'm looking for opinions at the moment. It would have 100 "tickets" For round one users could buy 1 ticket for £2, obviously the more the more tickets you buy the higher change you would have of winning. The raffle would run until all 100 tickets have sold, however long that may be (1day/1month). For round one the prizes would be: J&S Gift Card preloaded with £100 along with a donation (in the winners name) to NWAA of £25c(North West Air Ambulance). J&S Gift Card preloaded with £50 J&S Gift Card preloaded with £25 This has been ran very, very successfully on RSVR.net for ages now and I think its something that could really help the forum out. The winners will be selected at random through the marbles and magic dust in a computer. All names will be put into an excel spreadsheet and it will randomly select the winners, there is no recount. Whoever wins is, believe it or not, the winner. As the first prize is "voucher" based we can increase or reduce the amount of tickets or the price..... Opinions below please......
If your going to give £175 out id personally go with three prizes. £100, £50, £25. Im guessing the remaining £25 goes to nwaa? Great idea though.

Fuckin whoa there..... An I.t. whizz organises a raffle then gets software to draw the winner?.... Buy some raffle tickets yer tight cunt and get someone to draw at j&s brekky.
Its open to everyone anyway. You can buy a ticket via paypal and get a pm with your number. You put a list up the day before with names and numbers then it just gets drawn at j and s by some random people. Easy.

FFS yep TOP idea i like the idea of the draw being made at Jand S too that way it also becomes a meeting and if peeps can't get there how do they spend the voucher ? you gotta be in it to win it !!
The only reason I like the spreadsheet way is it avoids any "dodgyness" If people want it to go ahead that's cool providing we can drum enough up involvement.
We can do a different bike shop! lol I was in speaking to them last week about the possibility of "extras" to give out on the forum..... but I cant confirm anything until I know it'll happen.
