RESOLVED No email notifications

    Wonder if anyone could help.
    No matter what i do, ever since we switched over to this new BB i have never recieved an email notification.
    Its not going into junk or anything, suspect its just not being sent.
    If a admin / mod could check my profile and advise all is setup ok and i am not missing something obvious i would appreciate it

    Go to account "preferences" [​IMG] u see where it says email?

    yep i see it, and its ticked (mines the same apart from the top 2 are ticked also - and my time zone is london)

    Hi Paul, sorry for the late reply. I'll have a look into it for you. I've not had access to the internet for a while but I'm back up and running now. I've had a look at your profile and everything appears to be fine.

    I've got a few software updates to sort out, maybe one of those address the issue.

    Notifications now coming though thick and fast lol

    Sorry Paul, same again
    After the 40 - 50 odd that came through i have had nothing since.
    Tried changing the SMTP address, and same. i get the alerts as normal just nothing by email.
    Its not anything with a junk filter either - the fact they all came though in one hit proves that.
    Its only since we moved to this new forum.

    Happy for you to delete my account / posts and i will just create a new one, not written anything of significance anyway lol.

    I've had the same problem since the upgrade. In my profile these are both ticked:
    Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply
    and receive email notifications of replies


    But I haven't had any email notifications for months now - that's why I've hardly been on the forum
    I am subscribed to some of the boards but I've had no emails at all - I don't even get notifications for the replies to my own for-sale advert

    It appears there are many of us.
    I sent Paul a PM the other week but no reply as yet - maybe he has not had a notification ;)

    Mine is the same I got about 100 through a while back all at once but nothing since, I get Tapatalk notifications though so it doesnt bother me.

    I sent this email in June but I've not had a reply

    I don't think I've received a single NWB email notification for a few weeks now - probably since the forum upgrade, even though I do have NWB website alerts

    My options are set to " receive email notifications of replies" but I'm not getting any notifications for any of the threads or boards that I am subscribed to.
