Anyone else heading down? Think I'm going Saturday 29th, via train and more than likely pub.

is this cos you wasted money on sticky back plastic to cover your bike up ????

Loads of ticket comps on around now Jazz for two entry tickets ,,seem two toady from Sportsbike shop website and Visor down website..mosy just want you to sign onto their sites and you are added to a draw for tickets .. that would save you £30 if you got 2 .

I won tickets to it 2 years ago, courtesy of Honda! Waiting to hear back about some possible PPI claim back so might get there yet... Looking at £44.50 for tickets and parking, then £40 for fuel! Expensive day out haha

We're going on the 28th, followed by the Peter Gabriel concert at the LG Arena and a night at the Novotel :jawdrop: now that's an expensive day out :p

...just weighing this up - have been the last few years, but I just ended up feeling that I'd spent a lot of money paying to get into a big bike shop - even taking my lad with a discounted entry, all in with parking and petrol it's in the region of £75 - a day out but a lot of driving up and down the shitty M6 - I could spend £75 on my bike instead and have a nice relaxing day cleaning my bike (or riding it if its dry) - that's really boring isn't it ? but I am getting on a bit now...anyone else going ?

i went last year on the bike without a second spent on a motorway (as i was still on my cbt lol). it took longer of course and i got rediulously lost on the way home, bike parking was free and secure in a warehouse sort of thing on the grounds and the amount of money saved on purchases over RRP more than paid for my petrol and entry fee. admittedly, thats probably because it only cost me one tank for the whole return journey on the 125 including the accidental detour to south wales haha.

ill be going on the 24th this year.on the MT this time though as the mrs wants to come with to try and meet ross noble and theres no way im making that journey 2 up on the cbf haha.
