MOT pass or fail?

    need to get the bike MOT'd in a week, got it booked in but im concerned about my end can and if it'll cause a fail. Owner before me got a pass with it on but new the guy who did it. it does not say "not for road use" and it has a bs stamp on it, what you think??? :cheers:

    Looks like it should pass no probs. If it has had the removable baffle removed most places will still pass it anyway as long as it has the BSAU stamp on it.
