used to be top dog tyres a few years back,,but it seems pirelli and dunlop have moved the game on abit ive had a couple of RT 1200s with Metzs on them and they certainly grip and give longetivity , not sure what model they were... but good all round wet or dry

Go for the upgraded Z8 I have always run metz tyres on my big bikes my sv and my GSXR now I can't fault them wet or dry I have yet to truly test them but I stood up well on the 3 sisters and I use my bike year round aswell plently of miles in them aswell as heating up fast. When riding home from work (bout half hour through urban areas) in the wet by the time I get parked off and put my chain on the water on the rear is almost dried

    Can't recommend them enough
