some of you saw this wreck i picked up last night.... View attachment 1209 got it off a young girl who got tboned by a car and had imo a miraculous escape. it's not for me btw.... anyway, it's already been gendered male and christened Earl! (dont ask!) sorry, having trouble with tinternet and uploading files atm so had to attach the pics, but you get the idea. it's a 60 plate cbr125r with heavy front damage, forks snapped off, wheel fkt, fairing missing, yokes gone and some other stuff. View attachment 1216 View attachment 1217 so pls, if any of you happen to know where i can get a set of 28mm forks, top & bottom yoke, front mudguard & brace, front disc, front wheel, please let me know, or link to ebay items i may have missed. there is no rush like as it has to be spot on. from the last pic with the vtr race fairing, you can see where i'm going with this.... it'll have twin projectors in the front with the fairing resprayed, balck screen & decal'd to match.... amazingly the mounting points line up perfectly lol, just need to hammer out the top bracket a bit for the clocks & top fairing mounts. yeh chaps, just spotted a complete front end with no bids mailed a few breakers as well disc for a fiver, mudguard new for a tenner, loads on there & yeh, im fixing it up for someone!

daz. fk . off. im not telling lol. :whistle: just scored a complete front end for it for a 1er.... forks, yokes, wheel, disc, caliper, mudguard & a load of other stuff going collecting it on friday - it'll be ready in no time. but got to sort my scoot as well so no rush. ordered up some paint for the fairing & mudguard as well....

Why don't we get him banned as all of posts are about Daz. That man would do anything for alot of people on here and I would think Daz is not too happy about people offending him on here.

sorry, i shouldve put some pics up really.... i got a complete new front end for it and it's all on now... the forks were in silver though so i've done them in satin black hammerite, and the yokes and a few other bits. the dust seals were a bit minty on the new forks so i used the ones off the nackered set & they look like new..,. the mudguard needed plastic welding so that's all done now, and i used bits of abs off the old fairing to fill a bit that was missing off it - you wont see the repair once it's sprayed up re the fairing.... still undecided which way to go with this.... fitting the vtr race fairing gives a whole lot of new issues like mounting the clocks, fitting the mirrors, indicators etc.... not major problems like but it's just making more work, so in the meantime ive ordered up some streetfighter fork clamps & single headlamp & once they come i'll weigh it up & see what i prefer. if it does go the streetfighter / naked route then i'll use the frame mounts for the fairings to mount some crash bobbins ive picked up - just in case, seeing as it is for a learner.... (also this will mean ive only got to spray the mudguard so the bike will be finished sooner!!!)
