Good point but when you've got a tank range of around 80 miles I start to worry every time I ride past an open petrol station.

Yeah really sorry about that fellas. I had planned to fuel this AM prior to the meet but waited for my mate who decided to let me down and not to show up which made me late for the meet up. I will make sure my admin is squared in future.

    Sorry again.

    Amen to that.
    Lol.
When I did scotland the only bit that I planned meticulously was the fuel stops.
The other two lads must have been propper fed up with me.

I think a couple of us said we needed fuel to be honest. Bearing in mind this was our first ride out with the group and we didn't know the lay of the land, the word retard is a tad harsh. Just wondering if we are welcome to another ride now?

Far as im aware i was at the back and nobody was pushing yes 2-3 called in at the petrol station but it was arranged for somebody to stay there and lead the other group to j and s didn't see any problem with it

Neither did I Wardy. In an ideal world we would've been fuelled up and this could've been arranged at the meet up. Nobody was unsafe and everyone got to J&S for a chit chat. This has put a bit of a downer on what was an excellent ride out.....or so I thought.

Newbies, there is repeated history of this not just on this forum, but across the biking community. My comment was meant to smart with regular offenders and not yourselves. In hind sight, I would have worded it differently, but I am sure you can appreciate the message within.

All I could see was a red dot in the distance.
Fuck knows what happend I think I knocked it when pushing it then when I let go the stand just folded up.
Luckily I'm as strong as and ox and never let it touch the ground
