Ok everyone Me Rod an Joe are all going early hours of the 30th May and returning on the 5th June (Mad Sunday). Were going in the car n taking a trailer with the bikes on so we can carry sh*t loads of camping gear. Were aiming to camp at the Rugby club or if I can work some magic I will be in the pit area. We are taking my enormous Party tent so its gonna be good, where are you staying & what dates are you going over?
I’m booked on the Friday 3rd evening ferry & returning Saturday 11th lunchtime, but we're hoping to change the ferry out to the Wednesday 1st/Thursday 2nd. Staying at the Welbeck Hotel in Douglas & cant wait ...... I do believe it's stumbling distance from you lot at the Rugby club :cheers:

trying tp persuade a mate to take his boat over for a few days vowed i would never take my own bike there again after it got wrecked on the ferry. was a bit of a rough crossing to say the least & the wankers put chains & straps over all the bikes to stop them smashing about... mine was trashed lol last time i went was about 10 yr ago & i hired a dt175 for the week, was beltin

Ha ha ha, did they tell you how much they charge in their bar!!! :banghead: It's the one opposite the Quarterbridge pub on the corner of the roundabout on the right, your right it is the inside of the circuit but you might be able to get through from the access road.
From what i was told by some guys that were staying there it's a right rip off, I can't remember how much they said it was but the conversation sticks in my mind.
