I know this is the 2008 thread, but me and some mates are off this year to the Le Mans GP, do any of you that went last year reccomend any of the camping? where to avoid? good places to spectate? etc. etc. FYI were off down on the 11pm overnight ferry from Portsmouth-Le Havre on the 13th May, returning on the Monday again on the 11pm overnight ferry. Were hoping to get in a few good rides out in amongst the racing (probably not on race day though). If anyone else is going, we may see you there!
None of us have attended the MotoGP event. It was the 24 Heures Moto we've been to. Anyway, place to camp for me is what's known as the concentration camp. Safe as fuck and you've got showers, toilet, shop right by you. I'll post a pic up for you.
