Ed the easier ones to use are the Bluetooth ones ,like scala rider etc We are just getting into using these comms at out IAM now , we use Kenwood two way radios . It's not as easy as it looks ....are you thinking of giving her instructions over the air while your riding ? I wouldn't advise that to start with ...she will focus more on the instruction than her ride , and will lose concentration . We use the saying that less is more ! Ie. Say as little as possible , just give brief words now and then .....you need to becarefull with certain words , for example your shouting over the comms ,,,NO NO NO , she might think you said GO GO GO ! Could be nasty ! When used proper and sensible , great fun .
lol cheerz dave.its more for directions than anything else.i want her out in front so i can block for her and keep safe .and as you know mrs rs,,, can you see me being able to tell her anything lol "Be More Dog"
HA HA HA well in that case just get a set of cheap two way radio ,,,you have a Push To Talk Button into your radio and she has a radio and ear piece ...NO MIKE , so she cant talk back , cheapest i have seen are at Maplins
My now ex passed her CBT and we got two Autocoms and some Motorola radios (£60) that worked fine for what we needed. Then I got a couple of Kenwoods for better distances and battery life.
