Insurance renewal done

    cbr1000rr fully comp with 4yrs NCB . AXA brokered thru Swinton £206 for the year. Down from £265 last year and I declared the power commander! Their opening offer was £345, I informed them that I would leave it and shop around, they put me on hold and managed to shave off £139!!!! It's like they make it up as they go along

    Cant understand why they do that when they know people always go somewhere else so why piss about :mad:

    You'd be surprised how many people just pay their renewal... but I thank them for it - if everyone shopped around then we'd be unlikely to get ours so cheap :)

    Got insured on a classic policy on that MG the misses bought me(2003 model) as I'm on a bike most of the year, £110 fully comp, 8k annual mileage limit an agreed valuation. Sorted, road tax is twice that

    Apparently a car with pedigree and a club over 10 years is now a classic-winner
