Had problems with the Triumph just before Christmas, huge all cylinder misfiring and rough running and poor starting. Checked lots of stuff and the battery was marginal so replaced it. Then started fine but still ran rough, checked and the regulator had failed so I was getting 18volts pumped out. Got the bits to fix that but been delayed by falling down stairs and spraining my ankle, hope to get it sorted and tested this weekend. If I'm unlucky and it hasn't cleared the misfire, anyone on here got an early carb Triumph triple I could check my black box on to see if it is that or the coils still giving the problem? Wouldn't want to try theirs on mine in case it fried their kit instead! Thanks Scotia
