How to get to the battery on a zxr 400

Daft question maybe??

But how do I get to the battery on the zxr 400?

I know its under the seat but there is a junction box type box on the top, i guess this needs to be removed, is it as easy as unplugging the blocks or is there another way?

I know there is probably an easy answer but im having one of those days.

 

it must be like all the bigger brothers i've had so just unplug, not sure about this junction box your on about but if it's in the way you'll have to unplug it as battery will need to come up through the seat direction. if in doubt & if in my area i'll show you.

I guessed it had to come out, just dident know it it came out with the battery.

Ah well.........thats my daft question of the month out of the way...........tune in next month for how do i put petrol in.
