Well 3 months ago I fitted a quickshifter to my Superduke, I had asked around to find out which was the best & most told me that whilst they wern't the cheapest they were the best. Used in Moto GP, WSB & the likes I bit the bullet & they work awesome, mine links directly into my PC3 so hardly any effort to fit. Then just over a week ago it stopped working so I contacted HM & they were very helpfull and got me to change a few things but it didnt work. Anyway they asked me to post the whole thing back so they could test it which I did. Email arrived today "were sending you a brand new replacement" bang on, happy days :thumbsup: So I felt that great customer service along with a great product deserves a bit of recognition. Yeah was well happy with the whole effort :thumbsup: Dont see that kind of service very often so when you do it deserves a shout.
