Headstock paddock stand

    did you sort your stand smudge ? are you just dropping the forks ? cant you raise the bike up and fasten to a solid beam in the shed ? i know there wont be one there now if its a B and Q thing but grab your self a solid bit of timber fasten it up and hang the front up ,you could always also make a secure prob for under the headstock while the front is suspended from the beam...

    Mark is going to loan me his. shed door is solid but using a beam would, Pull it down

    few years back i had a timber cheap shed , one of the first things i did was strengthen it up ,cam in handy one day whne like you i had to raise the front to drop the forks , worth doing if you can for future projects, DONT but the timber , when you see some fuka knocking down a hose etc , just ask them for a length, a nice bit of 4 x 4 always comes in handy , wether its for hanging the bike or twatting the local chav...glad you sorted ...nice one MArk , top lad

    Car jack under the sump and tie the back down to something heavy.

    FFS be careful tho how yer phrase it .... Asking on a building site for "a length" May not get you the result you intended.:thumbsup:
