Just bought one of these last week along with a smaller one, they're actually pretty good for the money in my opinion.
We've got a Halfords one like that, it's been moved round quite a lot, (different workshops etc) It's about 12 years old and still going strong. It's used daily too.
Never had a problem with any Halfords tool stuff. And it's half price at the moment. The socket sets were also on offer last time I looked.
The only one in Costco at the minute is 200 ish.. Its a good job they don't let you use credit cards in there or I'd be well and truely bankrupt
....it's cheap as chips and most probably made out of old potatoes - I have this kit And it's ok - the draws are beginning to go though ( jamming, pulling all the way out) but if you have static set up ( not hauling around) it should be ok - I lined the draws with that anti-slip mesh stuff (get it off ebay, it's tons cheaper) - you can't beat £75 tbh - if you need tools the Halfords Pro range is bang on and frequently on a sale ...
I'm waiting for the 200pc advanced one to drop again.. It went to 100 before Christmas and I had a 10% code.. I was stupid to miss it at that money
