When i fitted my exhaust I damaged the graphite gasket and decided to use paste to seal it instead alm:.. After patching it a few times it now looks like a sack of shit and I want to do it properly.. How would I go about removing the excess paste without using a wire brush??
I take it its now dry,run a band of tape around it leaving the rough edges exposed then use a craft knife and run the blade around the line of the tape then clean off any residue with steel wool
