Had my bearings replaced as they'd been subdue to the many a pothole and speed bumps in the area-smashed to bits again. Now all gravy.

Been out for a local jaunt and the front brakes are proving 'not there'. Checked for air bubbles by bleeding them, no air in-even given the lines a good tapping. Replaced fluid. Back out and still not there. Pads and discs are fine and there are no leaks, WTF!!

    Grease on brake disc ?
Take pads out and rub on a flat piece of sand paper

its got to be air !!! are you bleeding at the master cylinder and the callipers, if you have both drain offs there ? id double check the fluid etc.

Bled at the calliper, flushed about 50ml through then shut off the bleed nipple while the lever fully depressed (zip tied) fettled the lines with the reservoir slightly open to let air escape. Can't bleed from my mater cylinder (that I'm aware of?)
Has TYGA levers on from when I bought it. Just put a tank of top octane fuel in and had a wee blast back pumping the brakes on & off, seems fine now (wtf) and bikes back to full power too.

I'll test it again tomorrow and Friday but haven't a clue what it could be.

I know it wasn't grease as the lever felt like it couldn't depress, like it was already ON (like it wouldn't move).

    Cheers for the advice :)

Is the lever going back to the bar or is there pressure but it's doing nothing? Could possibly be a bent disc or bearings not true the disc wobbling can push back the piston

To bleed the master cylinder, you need to loosen the banjo on the master cylinder till it just leaks depress lever and retighten banjo. Wrap a cloth round the hoses to catch excess fluid.
