    How easy to do yourself?

    Is it better to take to garage?

    Costing about how much??

    About £8 off ebay max :p but make sure not cheap tat.

    As Kez said, make sure their not tat. Y'know, the ones made of cheese.

    Some people sell ones that crack very easily because the compound is too hard. I've always an Italian brand. Can't remember the name but I'm sure I can get it. They cost a little more, £13 IIRC but lasted for ages when I had the zx6r

    hiya mark ya better taking the forks to a garage mate because taking ya forks apart ya self can be messy and hard i think if u take them in it could cost 100pounds maybe more

    Aye my seals are getting done next week hopefully got the "family mechanic" to do them.

    110quid are ya jeffin!? mine cost 60-70 for both n they were the expensive ones!u wanna go sumwhere else!

    Paying twice the going rate for it to be "done well"? hehe

    I got my done well for less than half the price. Just admit it, at that price he's getting ripped off ;)

    I got quoted £65 for both on the fzr, sounds like a jip to me :p

    Rang this place in wigan and they said £60 so i will ring round a few places till i get it done.

    hes a fully qualifed mechanic, done alot of fork seals for the lads from SPR ALOT cheaper than anythin youve been quoted
    he'll do it at home so he can be alot cheaper and will do them properly
