omg... just checked insurance and with the firestorm & sp1 it goes to an extortionate £122 a year, fully comp :/

Good stuff, I have an SP1 also, same colours! Quality peices of kit! PC3 helps with the fuel economy & lumpy low RPM. These arent just a sprussed up Firestorm/Fireplace, they are nothing like the VTRF HRC stamp on the engine cases says it all!
aww dont they make a lovely couple exhilarating ride back, in the dark, on wet roads! may need to lower it a bit for my stumpy legs, but fek its sooo smooth! looked at speedo and was surprised to see a highly illegal speed that ended in a few 5s without realising it but.... the firestorm feels faster and surprisingly is easier to throw around. may be that i just need to get used to the sp and set it up proper for my belly. cant wait to give it a proper test on some dry roads! it doesnt feel as thrashy as the storm either, maybe cos of the cams & light flywheel and other mods, but is very nice,,,, very purry motor and none of the lumpyness i was expecting, probs due to the power commander which has obviously been nicely set up. :thumbup: not looked at all the paperwork but Rob, (who i robbed it off lol), got 129 at the wheel which is nice, but imo could be improved on without sacrificing too much rideability... 2 Very different bikes but i think i'll be keeping both, for the time being at least... insurance for both ended up costing ££113 fc after being fked around all day by customer services, i just took another policy out elsewhere seriously i played fone tennis from 9.30 am til 5.30pm. was not a happy chap. in case anyone is wondering.... a shade over 2 1/2 which for it's condition, imo is an absolute steal :biggrin and thanks once again to daz bikenutter for putting me onto this one and for giving me a lift 100 miles each way to go & collect it - you're a fkin star m8
rofl at the big grin on that last pic daz!!! :lol: got my robot eyes on too!!! and yes, i dont like that lid either. need a new one. couldnt find the clear visor for me others.
