I have decided to keep the diversion for a while now. I like everything about it apart from 50cc mopeds r louder. Anyone any suggestions on how to change it, there are some kits out there but very pricey for what they are. I have read that the 03-05 r6 engine is the same as what's in my bike, so I can use them headers, to link into a stubby underneath. However the is a lambda sensor that's not present on the old r6 pipes but is on mine. Is this going to cause a lot of issues doing it that way??
you cant do away with the sensor.... maybe debaffle it with a 2" holesaw or just drill a ring of holes in the backplate.....
There is a huge baffle underneath the bike, that's what's keeping it so silent. I really need to get rid of that
From the research I've done, there are a few 'mods' you can do to the stock exhaust...usually involves cutting off the end, pulling out the guts and welding on a clear pipe. Here is a thread I found: http://www.fz6r-forum.com/forum/f89/mod-stock-exhaust-15987/ 19 pages but was sort of worth reading http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ka2D51UJm78 Long story short though, better waiting to see if JAC get in touch. Best I've seen/heard yet.

GPR sounds ace, looks good as well. But compared to that one you found, its twice the cost. I think a ride down there is in order hahaha, they never get back to us
On our bike I think underneath looks best, if it's something different then that may look a lot better.
