    Hi guys,

Got hold of a Fuel exhaust for the CBR 600 yesterday as the first thing said when people saw the bike was "you need a new can mate!"

Anyway, fitted it yesterday and I have noticed that I have a slight leak between the link pipe and the exhaust down pipes.

Its nothing bad but would like to seal it, What is the best stuff to use for this? I have heard silicone sealant works well, but surely this will melt?

    Cheers in advance guys :)

yea, just put plenty on, put the mid section pipe in.. make sure u wipe off the excess from the end.

bolt it up and wait for it to set.

I left mine over night then let it idle for awhile in the morning to heat up.

let it cool down then checked it again on idle, if it doesn't seal, just pull it apart and try again with more sealant :D

    OK job done :)

ran the engine for a while to let it set and I can now stop the engine by covering the exhaust, so its deffo an improvement
will now leave it over night to let it cure fully :)

    baffles coming out next :p
