Nice mate, Very nice. Riding on the continent is mega. France (Normandy aside) is a bit of a shit hole in my opinion.
Yeh I know what your getting at, but the south was great roads if you steered clear of the main tourist hotspots
some nice roads, it just looks dirty and unkempt generally. Too much graffiti and scruffy buildings. The home of gastronomy, I've not had a memorable meal in France and I've ridden right across it. My own personal favorites are Germany & Spain, great roads and scenery. Belgium and Holland too, not really great to ride but the people are fantastic.
