    More details:- @the station he blew 41 then 35. Had a blood test. Awaiting results.
    Booze+bint=bellend !

    Blood tests would of been a hour maybe more after unless he was really unlucky and a doc was already there if he did have to wait my assumption would be he will be a lucky sod and no further action.
    As reading is on the just over mark bloods should be just under

    Something not right in what he's telling you. If his lowest reading was 35 he would be walking out the building with a paper saying No further action.

    There is a hint of reality in what you say Smudge IF it was decided to take a sample of blood.
    The choice of whether it is a blood or urine sample remains with the officer performing the procedure.
    There is a cost implication getting a medical practitioner to take a blood sample. I always requested the subject to provide a urine sample.
    Much quicker in most cases. Or you could say I was taking the piss lol
