    anybody got any front brake discs cbr600 2001 need a right side for mot end of week anyone got one knocking about .??

    I will be amazed if they pick that up on a MOT, but worth doing. Front brake fad at the wrong time would be . . . . "interesting".

    it has a warp can feel it grab and release but only at very low speedz

    You tried freeing up the bobbins yet mate? May be worth a try before splashing out

    This bike is costing money ed ! Exhausts , rectifiers , discs ! Time to get rid .....if smudge s is worth £1400 you might get £3 grand for yours ! :eek:

    lol think its just reached that point wen i have to spend a few quid mate .had it a year now and ridden it pretty hard .put 14k on the clock.i am looking for something newer but bike i want is still out of my price range at the mo.the disc doesnt bother me or the bike and if it passes mot ill look around for a disc in time as for the rec i believe hondas are known for it and for £40 im not gonna argue.got a set of headers for £50 so really £90 plus mot cost is not bad going for an old girl to get her through .plus she is still bloody quick when she wants to be .

    mine failed mot for same reason warped disc r/h side [brake fluctuation] ended up putting a pat one on/about 120 quid

    Sure can fail mot for that I might have a couple but will need to match them up cos not 100% sure of model they r from I am in wigan so up to you if you think it might be worth coming

    Ebay there is a breaker selling discs cheap in ripley/ derby area.

    its a cracking little bike dave i would hate to get rid think i would regrett it afterwards so ill run it till i gdt the new one then track it but keep it road legal

    A1 bike breakers in Ripley. look up bike breakers ripley on internet not eBay. .they have all sorts in and cbr disc fitted other bikes too
